This year’s camp subject will focus on the Kata – Jion. Basic kata development, bunkai, kumite drills, and jo techniques will be studied based upon this one Shotokan Intermediate Kata.
ADULTS, 18 years and older, TEENS & CHILDREN (9 years old and green belt (6th kyu)) are invited and encouraged to attend a weekend of five, concentrated training sessions in Shotokan Karate. Early morning spirit training, intensive kata development and kumite drills.
